Job Summary
The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by preparing and issuing materials required for production and engineering activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
Responsibilities
- Prepares MIS form, materials needed by production and other Engineering requests.
- Assists and monitors the issuance of materials.
- Assists on re-locating returned and new received materials
- Handles the inventory records and stocks counting.
- Ensures compliance in 5S.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned as the need arises.
Must Have
- Completed at least High School
- Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II, an advantage
- Background in ERP system, an advantage
- Preferably with background in warehouse operation, receiving, issuance, storage and inventory control
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and MS office applications
