Job Summary
The function of the Quality Inspector is to ensure that Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing products meet the quality requirements defined. He or she should be able to sustain productivity to meet deliveries/shipments on the target dates.
Responsibilities
- Performs incoming inspection activities by means of different inspection techniques such as, but not limited to, visual, mechanical and electrical/electronic tests
- Responsible for in-process quality inspection and audit activities to verify that products are produced according to specified process requirements
- Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent potential shipment of non-conforming products
- Performs other related responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her either in support of his/her individual objectives or the company’s goals and targets
Must Have
- At least High School graduate
- Familiar with MS Office Application
- Background in the inspection of PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is an advantage
- Preferably familiar in the use of measuring and inspection tolls such as microscope, caliper, LCR Meter, Digital Multimeter, VMM/CMM
