The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of utility systems and infrastructure within the facility. This includes air compressor system, electrical system, dock leveler, cooling tower, water supply system and will support also to the maintenance of air-conditioning units. The role will require the technician to perform routine inspections, repairs and troubleshooting to ensure that all utilities are operating efficiently and safely.

The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by preparing and issuing materials required for production and engineering activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.

The SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Technician operates, sets up, and maintains automated machinery such as pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs). They ensure production quality through inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor is responsible in the end-to-end production scheduling and material inventory, ensuring finished goods meet sales forecasts while optimizing stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With more than 3 years experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Has a minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with electronics-specific processes and ERP or MRP system such as Odoo
• Proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis and background in AI tools
• Knowledge on Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC tools to solve complex issues and
• With good analytical thinking, strong leadership and highly collaborative

The Process and Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Production Operation and Process Engineer. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the team according to Kaertech core values (Respect, Discipline, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, Continuous Improvement, and Accountability). Perform duties to install and maintain production machines. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Maintain spare parts inventory for all machines inside the production area. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment which include documentation, calibration. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform other duties assigned by Process and Maintenance Engineer Fill up maintenance checklist for line process monitoring. Assist in acquiring process cycle time for capacity planning. Support process engineer with process and equipment qualification. Design tooling and fixtures for manufacturing by collaborating with the mechanical and electrical engineering teams. The SMT Production Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Surface Mount Technology production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and the team is supported to perform at their best.

The function of the Quality Inspector is to ensure that Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing products meet the quality requirements defined. He or she should be able to sustain productivity to meet deliveries/shipments on the target dates.

Responsibilities:

• Performs incoming inspection activities by means of different inspection techniques such as, but not limited to, visual, mechanical and electrical/electronic tests
• Responsible for in-process quality inspection and audit activities to verify that products are produced according to specified process requirements
• Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent potential shipment of non-conforming products
• Performs other related responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her either in support of his/her individual objectives or the company’s goals and targets

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• Familiar with MS Office Application
• Background in the inspection of PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is an advantage
• Preferably familiar in the use of measuring and inspection tolls such as microscope, caliper, LCR Meter, Digital Multimeter, VMM/CMM

The Procurement and Sourcing Specialist is responsible in the procurement of products or items based on the requirements of the requesting departments in a cost-effective manner. The function includes coordination with suppliers and sourcing of vendors when necessary as well as the processes required to purchase and to ensure that a full stock inventory is maintained.

The Process Engineer ensures the successful transition of new products from design to mass production by developing, validating, and standardizing manufacturing processes.
